Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to the UK and worldwide, with orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs:

All shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the destination and order details.

United Kingdom Delivery:

For orders within the UK totaling £50.00 or more, we offer free Ground Shipping. 

For orders under £50.00, we provide standard delivery at a rate of £7.00. 

The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 2-3 working days.

EU Delivery:

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £250. For orders under £250, standard delivery is available at £24.

Standard delivery is available at £45.

Rest of the World Orders:

We offer Standard Shipping for orders to the rest of the world at a flat rate of £89.00. The estimated delivery time for these orders is 5-10 working days.

Dispatch and Tracking:

All goods will be dispatched via national or international couriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Customs and Import Duties:

Please be aware that any customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., applicable to your order are the customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority. Prior to placing your order, we advise familiarizing yourself with your country's import rules and regulations. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts" or take any other actions to alter the customs declaration.

Refusal of Customs Payment:

In the event that you choose to refuse the customs fee associated with your order, and the parcel is subsequently returned to Balling Hockey, please be aware that a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

To ensure certainty regarding potential customs fees, we strongly advise reaching out to your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Understanding the applicable regulations will help ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid any unexpected charges.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
